* The minimum term of contract for the PresseBox flat rate and media monitoring package is determined by the number of days in the booking month in conjunction with the number of days in the month in which the service ends, and is always at least three months. The contract term is automatically extended by the selected timeframe, unless a cancelation has been submitted at least 30 days prior to the end of the term.

**The PresseBox tickets may be used within the timeframe of 12 months from the date of ordering. You will receive the same ticket configuration under identical conditions upon using the last ticket, unless a cancelation has been submitted within seven (7) days prior to using the final ticket, or the contract is canceled at least 30 days prior to the end of the contract term.

An invoice will be issued for all contracted services at the beginning of the term. All prices are in Euros (?) plus the German sales tax. The PresseBox is not liable for damages incurred from the direct or indirect use of these services. As stated in the general terms and conditions (pages 4 and 5).
